Our approach
Gentle care, with respect for every resting place
We treat each grave as someone’s place of remembrance. We work carefully around nearby plots, follow cemetery guidance and only carry out the work agreed with the family.
- We check cemetery rules and permission requirements before work.
- We don’t move, repair or stabilise headstones.
- If a memorial appears loose or damaged, we’ll stop and let you know.
- We’ll refer repairs or restoration to a suitably qualified memorial mason.

Will you clean every headstone?
Only if the memorial is stable, the work is suitable, and any required cemetery permission is in place. We use gentle methods and won’t attempt repairs or work on a damaged or unstable stone.
Can you leave flowers or a personal message?
Flowers or a simple tribute can be arranged by request, subject to the rules of that cemetery. Please tell us what you’d like us to place.
